The State of South Carolina, Department of Social Services, Pee Dee Region, seeks a County Attorney III to lead Child Support matters in Family Court. Requires a JD and SC Bar membership; experience as a DSS attorney preferred. Duties include case preparation, court appearances, interstate case processing, settlements, and training regional staff. Valid driver’s license required.

A Juris Doctor Degree or its equivalent from an accredited law school and experience as a practicing attorney.
Necessary Special Requirement: Must be a member of the SC BAR.
Experience as a DSS Attorney preferred.
