Job summary

Walt Disney Parks and Resorts is offering a full-time, six-month CSR internship in Orlando, FL, running January 2027 through June 2027. Interns must be enrolled in a college program, 18+ with unrestricted work authorization, and ready to support cause-driven initiatives.

Responsibilities include researching issues, collaborating with nonprofits, planning Disney VoluntEARS events, and delivering the CSR narrative to boost awareness, with some housing support and weekday availability in the

Qualifications

• Be enrolled in a college/university pursuing a degree and taking at least one class.
• Have not completed one year of continual employment on a Disney Internship or Disney College Program.
• Be at least 18 years of age and possess unrestricted work authorization.
• Background or education in youth education programming or nonprofit causes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and track issues relevant to Walt Disney World through research and analysis.
• Work with community nonprofits to understand challenges and barriers.
• Plan, support, and execute Disney VoluntEARS campaigns and drives.
• Tell the CSR story in a creative, relevant way to raise awareness of supported causes.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and ensure compliance with data privacy policies.
