Job summary

Xcel Energy Services Inc invites a college student to join our CSR data team as a summer intern. You will support data-driven projects that advance employee giving, nonprofit partnerships, and community investment strategies, using CyberGrants and Power BI to turn data into insights.

We seek a current Sophomore or higher pursuing Data Science, Business Administration, CSR, or related fields, able to work up to 40 hours per week in person at our Minneapolis location, with a hybrid work policy.

Qualifications

• Current student, Sophomore or higher enrolled in an accredited college.
• Willing to work full-time during the summer (up to 40 hours/week) or part-time during the school year (up to 20 hours/week) in person.
• Hybrid in-person work policy with designated Minneapolis location.

Responsibilities

• Support foundation data collection and analysis aligned with strategic goals and performance requirements.
• Develop data dashboards and consolidate data sources to manage KPIs.
• Complete data entry and metric reporting in CyberGrants.
