The CSPD Instrument Coordinator serves as the primary liaison between CSPD, Operating Rooms, Clinics, Supply Chain, Finance, Informatics, physicians, vendors, and other stakeholders. This role ensures the availability, integrity, regulatory compliance, and efficient utilization of surgical and clinic instrumentation while supporting operational excellence, quality outcomes, and customer service.
The coordinator functions as the subject matter expert for reusable instrumentation and reprocessing standards, providing leadership for inventory management, instrument acquisition, repairs, new tray implementation, IFU compliance, process improvement initiatives, and stakeholder communication.

Full-time position. Hours are typically daytime, Monday through Friday; however, schedules may be adjusted based on operational needs, education requirements, special projects, accreditation activities, and departmental priorities. Occasional evenings, weekends, and travel between sites may be required.
