Job description

Position Overview:

The Admissions Counselor is responsible for administering the admission policies of the university, serving as a contact for students prior to enrollment, assisting in the explanation and implementation of student policies and practices, and being a key contact for enrollment management, course creation, and cancellation. The role involves marketing the university's programs to achieve enrollment goals and communicating effectively with prospective students and influencers. Additionally, the position acts as the primary link between prospective students and the university, and serves as a liaison for third-party recruiting partners, providing training, explaining policies, and maintaining communication.

Essential Duties:

1. Communicate effectively with internal and external partners to admit new prospects.
2. Counsel prospective students about CSP Global programs.
3. Coordinate with the team to ensure excellent service to prospects, applicants, and students.
4. Maintain and utilize data in our CRM, generate reports, and analyze results.
5. Review applications and prepare them for committee review; master application processes and policies.
6. Identify and award scholarships to eligible students.
7. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Education & Experience:
