Job summary

World 50 Group is seeking an energized leader to curate and lead Sustainability 50, an elite CSO peer community. You will build membership, manage relationships, and create programs that connect executive leaders navigating ESG transformations.

You will collaborate with the Member Services Associate, engage with members at events and virtually, and ensure a high-value member experience through thoughtful programming and communication.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead small teams and manage complex programs.
• Experience building relationships with senior executives.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build creative, year-round programs (summits, regional dinners, group discussions).
• Develop agendas and themes for must-attend sustainability summits.
• Facilitate in-person and virtual member gatherings with confidence.
• Serve as business editor and summarize key findings from conversations.
• Drive growth and retention of the member community and revenue opportunities.
