At DEME, we empower you to shape your own career journey. Guided by our values We care, we dare, we deliver, we foster teamwork, innovation, and a shared commitment to delivering impactful maritime projects that make a real difference.

As a Technical Vessel Manager within our Fleet Organization, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the profitability, efficiency, and long‑term reliability of your assigned vessels. You will be the leading figure in technical management: challenging execution methods, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring that every technical decision supports DEME’s long‑term mission and strategic direction.

You will work closely with technical and operational teams to develop maintenance plans and achieve project goals. Additionally, you will oversee budget management, project coordination, and fleet support for technical interventions.

If you’re a technically skilled maritime professional who thrives on responsibility, collaboration, and innovation, your next career adventure might start here.

Involved in all dredging and offshore projects worldwide, the survey department is responsible for the organisation of all hydrographic and topographic measurements in all phases of the works. We are seeking a Surveyor with a strong background in offshore and/ or dredging activities.

DEME is a world leader in the highly specialized fields of dredging, marine engineering and environmental remediation. DEME can build on more than 140 years of know‑how and experience and has fostered a pioneering approach throughout its history, being a front runner in innovation and new technologies.

While the company's roots are in Belgium, DEME has built a strong presence in all of the world's seas and continents, operating in more than 90 countries worldwide.

In an operational environment with an involvement in complex contract structures, with high expectations from clients and with increasing regulatory restrictions from authorities, DEME is looking for a Contract Manager to strengthen its Contract Management Division.

As a Contract Manager, you will provide support on a project‑related basis and from a contractual‑technical perspective, in executing the contracts DEME has entered into with clients or main contractors and the subcontracts and supply agreements thereunder.

As a Crew Administrator, you will deliver crewing related administrative support to the entire Crew Team.

As an Operational Buyer, you are responsible for the full Request‑to‑Pay (R2P) cycle within your assigned purchasing categories. You ensure accurate and timely processing of purchase requests and orders while maintaining high standards in quality, lead time, on‑time delivery, and supplier performance. Acting as a key link between internal stakeholders and suppliers, you contribute to optimizing total cost of ownership and ensuring compliance with procurement procedures.

As a Project Controls Engineer, you will provide support for a project from contract award up to close. You are the one that plans the work and keeps an overview of the overall progress. Implementing tools and processes challenge you and you make sure that this implementation goes smoothly.

Project Management Systems do not have any secrets for you. You understand core project controls knowledge areas (scheduling, risk management, cost control, project information management). Thinking out of the box and using innovative ways to improve the business processes are key elements in this job.

At DEME we strive to have sound project management capabilities and systems that can develop and deliver projects successfully, time and time again and without waste.

The Project Manager Fleet Interventions is responsible for the end‑to‑end execution of the scope of work for a vessel intervention period (maintenance, repair, mobilisation, conversion, installation of mission equipment, ..) and redelivery. This role ensures that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to stringent quality and safety standards, while also obtaining high vessel performance and reliability post‑redelivery.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer with advanced expertise in .NET technologies, React, and Blazor to join our team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain both modern and existing applications, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver robust solutions. Your primary focus will be on web and API development using .NET Core, React, and Blazor. Experience with legacy Microsoft frameworks (such as WPF or WinForms) is considered a strong plus.
