Evolver is seeking a CSIRT Analyst to support a federal client at Stennis Space Center, MS. The role focuses on monitoring, triage, investigation, and response to cybersecurity incidents to minimize impact and improve defenses.

Required are US citizenship and the ability to obtain necessary clearances; a Bachelor's degree with relevant experience, and professional certifications such as Security+ and CISSP.

Formación

• U.S. citizen with ability to obtain Agency-specific clearance.
• DoD Top Secret clearance preferred; can be processed during program.
• Bachelor's degree plus 1 year of relevant experience; 4 years can substitute for a degree.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor security alerts and events to identify potential incidents.
• Perform initial triage and analysis to assess severity and impact.
• Investigate and respond to incidents per established procedures.
• Collaborate with teams to contain and remediate incidents.
• Document incident details, findings, actions, and recommendations.
• Provide timely status updates to stakeholders and technical teams.
• Participate in incident response exercises to improve readiness.
• Stay current on threats and vulnerabilities; share insights with the team.
• Improve detection and response processes through automation and tooling.
