Requires 1+ year Acute Care RN experience, FL RN license or eligibility, BLS, ACLS within 6 months, BSN preferred, and CCRN a plus with NIHSS certification due within 30 days.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of Acute Care RN experience with strong monitoring skills.
• Florida RN license or eligibility to obtain before start date.
• BLS and ACLS required; CCRN preferred within 2 years; NIHSS within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for patients requiring close monitoring and frequent assessments.
• Make clinical assessments and autonomously manage treatments.
• Instruct patients and families regarding medications and treatment instructions.
• Collaborate with a team to ensure high-quality, collaborative care.
• Advocate for patient privacy and confidentiality.
