Job summary

Barnes Group Inc. seeks a Senior CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) Functional Lead for US Operations. You will provide functional leadership for the CSI Gov Cloud, partnering with site leadership to optimize manufacturing, procurement, inventory, finance, and quality processes.

This highly visible role requires collaboration with business leaders, Infor, and partners. Remote in the US with 25% travel to sites; prior CSI/Syteline experience and multisite ERP program leadership are essential to drive

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) / Syteline.
• 5 years’ proven CSI/Syteline 10 experience in manufacturing.
• ERP solutions in discrete manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of Production Planning, Manufacturing Operations, and SCM.
• Strong ability to drive ERP process improvements and standardization.
• Experience gathering requirements and delivering functional solutions.

Responsibilities

• Act as Functional Lead for CSI Gov Cloud across US manufacturing sites.
• Collaborate with leaders to optimize planning, procurement, inventory, and finance.
• Promote standard CSI functionality and reduce customization.
• Lead business process workshops and translate requirements to ERP solutions.
• Lead design activities for new capabilities and initiatives.
• Support upgrades, testing, and change management.
• Create functional standards, docs, and user training materials.
• Drive consistent ERP processes across multiple facilities.
• Collaborate with technical teams, partners, and Infor for ERP enhancements.
• Stay current with CSI releases and advise on new features.
