Job summary

BARNES GROUP is seeking a Senior CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) Functional Lead for US Operations to guide ERP strategy and optimize the CSI Gov Cloud across our manufacturing sites. This remote role requires collaboration with operations and finance leaders to standardize processes in production planning, procurement, inventory and quality while driving upgrades and user training.

You will drive multi-site ERP improvements, promote standardized CSI functionality, and facilitate workshops

Qualifications

• Extensive functional experience with Infor CSI/Syteline.
• 5 years’ experience with CSI/Syteline 10.
• Experience supporting ERP in discrete manufacturing environments.
• Strong communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills.

Senior CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) Functional Lead – US Operations

As part of our continued digital transformation, we are seeking a Senior CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) Functional Lead to provide functional leadership for our Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) Gov Cloud platform supporting our United States OEM and MRO sites.This is a highly visible role working directly with manufacturing and business leaders to optimize business processes, improve operational performance and maximize the value of our ERP investment.

This role is remote in the US with 25% anticipated travel to sites.

Core Responsibilities:

• Act as the Functional Lead for Barnes Aerospace’s CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) Gov Cloud environment supporting all US manufacturing sites.
• Partner with business leaders to optimize manufacturing, planning, procurement, inventory, quality and finance processes.
• Promote standard CloudSuite Industrial functionality and minimize unnecessary customization.
• Facilitate business process workshops and translate operational requirements into ERP solutions.
• Lead functional design activities for new capabilities and business initiatives.
• Support system upgrades, testing, change management and user acceptance activities.
• Develop functional standards, business process documentation and user training materials.
• Drive consistent ERP processes across multiple US manufacturing facilities.
• Collaborate with technical teams, implementation partners and Infor to deliver successful ERP enhancements.
• Stay current with CloudSuite Industrial product releases and recommend adoption of new functionality where appropriate.

Qualifications:

• Extensive functional experience with Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) / Syteline.
• 5 years’ proven experience with Infor CloudSuite Industrial/Syteline 10.
• Proven experience supporting ERP solutions within discrete manufacturing environments.
