Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
3+ years of experience as a Strength and Conditioning Coach with NCAA, professional, military, or high-demand populations.
CSCS Certification required.
BLS certification required.
Experience designing and implementing strength and conditioning programs for individuals and groups.
Experience delivering training and education on injury mitigation and conditioning.
Capable of working outdoors for extended periods in all weather.
Willingness to travel up to 10%.
U.S. Citizenship required.
Proficient with computers, software, and technologies to document work.

Responsibilities

Designs and delivers individualized strength and conditioning programs to optimize physical performance and reduce injury risk.
Conducts assessments to customize programs for high performance.
Attends staff meetings with interdisciplinary team and leadership to coordinate services.
Provides expert guidance on strength conditioning, wellness, injury prevention, and recovery.
Manages specialized equipment and reports deficiencies for servicing and maintenance.
