Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of experience as a Strength and Conditioning Coach with NCAA, professional, military, or high-demand populations.
• CSCS Certification required.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience designing and implementing strength and conditioning programs for individuals and groups.
• Experience delivering training and education on injury mitigation and conditioning.
• Capable of working outdoors for extended periods in all weather.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
• U.S. Citizenship required.
• Proficient with computers, software, and technologies to document work.

Responsibilities

• Designs and delivers individualized strength and conditioning programs to optimize physical performance and reduce injury risk.
• Conducts assessments to customize programs for high performance.
• Attends staff meetings with interdisciplinary team and leadership to coordinate services.
• Provides expert guidance on strength conditioning, wellness, injury prevention, and recovery.
• Manages specialized equipment and reports deficiencies for servicing and maintenance.
