Job Summary

This position maintains the cleanliness and appearance of the casino gaming floor and guest areas, requiring attention to detail, consistency, and teamwork. Flexibility to work independently and collaboratively is essential.

Essential Job Functions

1. Maintain cleanliness of the gaming floor, restrooms, entrance, bars, and back-of-house areas.
2. Clear debris, wipe down machines, and empty trash daily.
3. Perform routine vacuuming and support bar cleaning duties.
4. Clean windows, restrooms, breakrooms, and other designated areas thoroughly.
5. Support cross-training and other operational support as needed.

Skills and Abilities

Excellent customer service and communication skills, organizational ability, flexibility, and a positive attitude are required. Must handle multiple tasks efficiently and respond well to supervision and constructive feedback.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old; previous housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs., stand/walk for long periods, and work with cleaning products.

Work Environment

Must be able to work in a loud, crowded, smoking environment, and in enclosed spaces, following OSHA safety policies.
