Rolling Plains Management Corporation is seeking a full-time Community Services Manager in Crowell, Texas. The role focuses on linking individuals and families to essential services, managing CSBG, CEAP, TVC, and TBRA programs, and building partnerships to address poverty-related needs.

The position emphasizes intake, data accuracy, community outreach, program compliance, and staff coordination, with an expectation to uphold confidentiality and provide excellent customer service in a dynamic

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in case management or related field or equivalent experience.
• One year case management or customer service work if using related degrees.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus and strongly preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred and helpful.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail, thoroughness, and strong work ethic.
• Ability to communicate with all levels of staff and management.
• Ability to manage multiple duties and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in Windows Microsoft Office environment and basic computer skills.
• Must be able to pass background checks and drug testing; reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive intake and needs assessments for individuals and families.
• Provide direction in CSBG, CEAP, TVC, and TBRA programs.
• Provide information to local citizens about RPMC programs and opportunities.
• Accurately enter data into the automated system in a timely manner.
• Maintain information on community resources and opportunities.
• Maintain a strong presence in the community and perform outreach.
• Ensure program compliance with rules, regulations, and contracts.
• Maintain client records/documents and filing systems per policy.
• Assist with expenditures within the established budget and manage supplies.
• Provide excellent customer service and confidentiality.
• Coordinate with clients, staff, partners, and vendors; travel as needed.
