Job description

Senior Business Execution Analyst

The Senior Business Execution Analyst independently owns the execution of complex business workstreams, operating routines, and priority initiatives. This role is accountable for translating direction into delivered outputs by managing dependencies, producing leader‑ready materials, and ensuring work moves from intake through completion. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, the Senior Analyst serves as a reliable execution leader for defined areas of work—coordinating across functions, resolving issues, and maintaining execution discipline. Strategy provides context for the work; execution and delivery are the core accountability. This job description is for use in all segments and businesses across CSBB.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Independently manage and execute complex workstreams or recurring business processes, owning delivery from intake through completion.
  2. Translate business priorities into concrete execution plans, deliverables, timelines, and tracking mechanisms.
  3. Develop high‑quality analyses, dashboards, reporting, and presentation materials for leadership decision‑making and governance forums.
  4. Proactively manage dependencies, risks, and issues across cross‑functional partners, driving resolution and escalation as needed.
  5. Coordinate execution across Product, Digital, Technology, Marketing, Operations, Risk, Finance, and other partners to ensure alignment and follow‑through.
  6. Support or lead testing, launch readiness, validation, or post‑implementation review activities for initiatives, enhancements, or process changes.
  7. Maintain execution artifacts, documentation, and controls that enable consistent delivery and operational rigor.
  8. Identify execution gaps, operational risks, or inefficiencies and recommend practical improvements to strengthen outcomes.
  9. Serve as a point of reference for less experienced analysts by sharing best practices, reviewing work products, and supporting capability development, without formal people‑management responsibility.
