Job summary

Linesight in Austin is seeking an Estimator to analyse external contractor bids, create estimates and cost plans, and evaluate scopes to address gaps. You will maintain a library of current local rates and optimise project costs against budgets to increase client value while providing estimating leadership across design and construction stages.

You will build trust with partners—from 3rd parties to client specialists and contractors—and support nimble project management through clear cost

• Support nimble project management and clear decisions through excellent cost documentation and timely communication

The salary range for this role is between $83,000 and $120,000 but actual salary
