Job summary

Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects is hiring a Civil/CSA engineer to support data center projects from design through construction. You'll coordinate civil sitework, structural systems, and architectural interfaces, ensuring quality and safety standards on site.

Eligible candidates have a bachelor’s in civil/structural engineering, architecture, or construction management and 3+ years of CSA design coordination or construction experience, with strong communication and problem-solving

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil/structural engineering, architecture, or construction management.
• 3+ years of CSA engineering, design coordination, or construction experience.
• Knowledge of building codes, QA/QC, safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of civil, structural, and architectural scopes across data center projects from design through construction and closeout.
• Coordinate civil sitework, structural systems, building envelope, architectural finishes, and CSA interfaces.
• Review drawings, specifications, submittals, shop drawings, RFIs, and design changes for project compliance.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to resolve CSA design and construction issues.
• Monitor construction progress, schedules, risks, quality requirements, and field execution.
• Maintain QA/QC and technical documentation including inspection records and closeout documents.
• Ensure CSA work meets approved designs, codes, safety standards, and industry best practices.
