Job summary

University of West Georgia is seeking a Senior Student Assistant to support the COMP 1010 course in the School of Computing, Analytics, and Modeling. Qualifications

• Be enrolled at UWG in a minimum of 6 credit hours as a senior majoring in Computer Science or Computing.
• Plan to complete your bachelor's degree by Spring 2027 or Summer 2027 and qualify for the Double Wolf program.
• Graduating seniors may apply and continue into graduate programs.

Responsibilities

• Scheduled class time: assist during COMP 1010 class and lab sessions; support student projects.
• Training/mentorship with lead instructor and attend meetings.
• Office hours (in-person/virtual): hold tutoring hours and review sessions.
• Grading: assist with grading and feedback.
• Preparation: assist with materials and lab setup.
