• Serve as Adviser/Co-Adviser for DECA/FBLA and support student leadership.
• Use assessment strategies aligned with WCPSS standards to guide learner development.
• Communicate with students, parents, staff, and community to ensure progress.
• Integrate technology in teaching and learning, and plan effective instruction.
• Collaborate with peers and stakeholders to improve classroom experiences.
• Ensure a safe, positive learning environment and manage classroom behavior.
