Envoy seeks a Customer Success Operations Manager to scale post-sales operations, partnering with CS leadership to drive data-driven decision-making, rigorous processes, and scalable systems in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

This on-site Denver role focuses on data, compensation operations, tooling, automation, and cross-functional programs across CS, Renewals, Solutions Engineering, and Support, enabling teams to perform at a high level while the organization scales.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Customer Success Operations, Revenue Operations, or related SaaS roles.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce, Looker/BI tools, and customer success platforms (Vitally, Gainsight, Intercom).
• Experience managing post-sales analytics (retention, churn, expansions, performance tracking).

Responsibilities

• Own post‑sales data and insights management including churn, expansions, pipegen, product usage, customer health metrics, NPS, and dashboards.
• Build dashboards and executive‑ready reporting for QBRs, offsites, and board presentations.
• Translate large datasets into actionable insights for CS teams and communicate outcomes.
• Manage CS tooling and data integrity across systems and automation initiatives.
• Lead cross‑functional programs across Data, Product, Finance, and GTM to scale operations.
