Job summary

The University of Florida is seeking an Instructional Designer II to coordinate, develop, and deliver professional learning for K-12 educators and educational leaders within the CS Everyone Center. You will design engaging sessions on CS, AI literacy, instructional technology, and comprehensive practices.

You will translate evolving AI/CS topics into practical learning, collaborate across Center projects, and support materials aligned with CS goals, accessibility, and UDL principles.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in an appropriate area and two years of relevant experience; or a bachelor's degree in an appropriate area and four years of relevant experience.
• Experience designing and delivering professional learning for K-12 educators.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, develop, and deliver professional learning across the CS Everyone Center.
• Design, coordinate, facilitate, and evaluate professional learning experiences for K-12 educators and educational leaders focused on CS, AI literacy, instructional technology, and comprehensive educational practices.
• Deliver engaging professional learning through face-to-face workshops, virtual sessions, cohort-based programs, and PLCs.
• Translate complex topics in AI, CS, and educational technology into practical learning experiences for educators.
