The role conducts visual and real-time image inspection of single-crystal castings with nonconforming-disposition authority and supports continuous improvement. Training on first shift for several months, then Midnight shift Sunday night–Thursday night 11PM–7AM with a shift premium for off-shift work; comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, 401K,

Qualifications

• Must pass visual exam
• Must pass DS/SC Level II exam for certification

Responsibilities

• Visually inspect the grain integrity of SC and DS castings.
• Perform rework operations (belting, RX, spot etch) to complete inspection.
• Complete the inspection process expeditiously to meet customer schedules.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervision.
• Must pass visual exam and DS/SC Level II certification requirements.
