Job summary

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with polygraph
• Experience supporting government or DoD programs
• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with JP 3-12 and development of aligned execution orders (EXORDs), operation orders (OPORDs), and planning orders (PLANORDs)
• Experience in a DoD mission area (e.g. collection, cyber/intelligence analysis) with strategic/operational planning
• External engagement/collaboration experience
• Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of relevant experience

Responsibilities

• Support mission-critical programs in secure government environments
• Analyze requirements and translate them into actionable solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results
• Ensure compliance with contract and security standards
• Contribute ideas to improve processes, efficiency, and performance
• Plan cyber operations and synchronize joint operations across DoD components, CCMDs, and USCYBERCOM, leading JOPP and JOPP-C for full-spectrum cyberspace operations
• Integrate Offensive and Defensive Cyberspace Operations into broader multi-domain campaigns
