The candidate will handle sophisticated cryptocurrency and blockchain transactions and advise on licensing, platform agreements, and strategic partnerships.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active Bar Admission in applicable jurisdiction, in good standing.
• 2-5 years of experience in technology transactions and commercial contracting.
• Experience advising technology, fintech, blockchain, or digital asset companies.
• Knowledge of cryptocurrency, blockchain tech, and trends.
• Experience with commercial, intellectual property, data rights, and risk allocation in technology transactions.
• Exposure to cryptocurrency regulatory frameworks and compliance.
• Excellent contract drafting and negotiation capabilities.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple matters.
• Collaborative team player with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Structure, negotiate, and document complex technology and commercial transactions involving blockchain and cryptocurrency businesses
• Advise clients on licensing, platform agreements, SaaS, contracts, and partnerships
• Counsel digital asset and blockchain companies on regulatory, IP, and risk management
• Support development and launch of innovative products and technology platforms
• Analyze transaction structures and identify practical solutions to challenges
• Collaborate with cross-practice attorneys across corporate, regulatory, IP, tax, finance, and litigation
• Work with founders, executives, investors, and in-house teams on strategic initiatives
• Monitor developments in crypto and fintech regulation to guide clients
