Our client is a premier digital asset manager, backed by substantial capital and institutional partners across Asia and the U.S. With deep roots in the crypto ecosystem, the firm is expanding its presence in options trading across centralized exchanges and is looking to add experienced traders to the team.

Role Overview :

We're seeking a Crypto Options Trader with a proven track record of generating strong PnL in the crypto options markets. You'll have experience trading on centralized exchanges such as Deribit, OKX, Binance, and Bybit, and a deep understanding of market structure, volatility surfaces, and risk management. This role is ideal for a trader looking to scale their book within a sophisticated, well-capitalized, and technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Trade crypto options (manual or systematic) across CeFi exchanges including Deribit, OKX, Binance, and Bybit
• Generate and manage risk-adjusted returns with a strong focus on capital efficiency
• Collaborate with developers and researchers to refine strategies and improve infrastructure
• Provide insights on market dynamics and proactively identify new trading opportunities
• Contribute to the development of automated tools for pricing, execution, and risk management (Python / C++ a plus)

Requirements :

• 2+ years of crypto options trading experience on the buy-side (prop or hedge fund)
• Demonstrated PnL with consistent returns and disciplined risk management
• Deep knowledge of options pricing, volatility trading, and crypto market structure
• Experience with Python or C++ is a strong plus
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
