We seek a candidate with 4+ years at a top-tier bank, VC, PE, or consulting, strong financial modeling and valuation skills, and the ability to juggle multiple high-priority deals. Kraken maintains a remote-friendly culture with global teams and a robust crypto product focus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Finance or related field.
• 4+ years experience at leading bank/VC/PE/consulting/startup.
• Excellent financial modeling and valuation skills.
• Strong writing and storytelling abilities on industry trends and implications.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority transactions in parallel.

Responsibilities

• Lead due diligence across live transactions with cross-functional DRIs and maintain data rooms.
• Build initial operating models, comps, DCF and returns analyses for deals.
• Prepare first-pass screening memos and company teardowns on inbound opportunities.
• Support ownership of the venture investment portfolio with KPI updates and valuation tracking.
• Assist FP&A with rolling cash flow forecasts for deal-related cash obligations.
• Prepare executive deal materials and Board pages with supporting data.
