Stripe’s Financial Crimes Compliance Risk Oversight (FinCRO) is seeking an Enterprise Compliance and Risk Controls Lead. You will drive end‑to‑end financial crimes controls across Stripe entities, including Bridge and Privy, and shape policy governance and risk assessment inputs.

You’ll partner with Legal, Compliance, Product, Engineering, and Internal Audit to translate complex regulatory requirements into actionable controls, processes, and technology-enabled workflows, all while ensuring

Qualifications

7+ years of experience in financial crimes compliance, risk, internal controls, audit, or related field.

Responsibilities

Bridge and Privy controls are designed, evidenced, governed, and implemented.
Policy governance across Stripe entities including development, approvals, and change management.
Inputs for Financial Crimes Risk Assessment across Stripe entities (planning, coordination, governance, reporting).
Translate regulatory and risk requirements into controls, policies, risk assessments, and operating processes.
Collaborate with Compliance, Legal, Risk, Product, Engineering, Operations, and Internal Audit to identify gaps and improve the control environment.
Identify AI and automation opportunities in controls, policy, and risk-assessment work with proper human oversight.
