Requirements include a JD from a top-tier law school, NY Bar admission, and 2–6 years of crypto law experience, with strong writing, communication, and organizational skills. Hybrid schedule in New York with additional national offices is available.

Qualifications

• JD from a top-tier law school with an excellent academic record.
• Active New York Bar admission in good standing.
• 2–6 years of substantive crypto law experience at a law firm.

Responsibilities

• Advise crypto and blockchain clients on a range of legal matters.
• Counsel clients on regulatory, legal, and compliance issues impacting crypto.
• Provide guidance across crypto litigation, bankruptcy, product matters and enforcement defense.
• Manage complex transactions with multiple priorities and tight deadlines.
• Collaborate with colleagues across practice areas for integrated client service.
• Engage directly with partners and clients from the outset, offering strategic guidance.
