Job description

Seeking a Customer Service Installation Technician responsible for safely constructing all types of liquid and/or gaseous cryogenic supply systems. The technician must professionally interact with project managers, sales teams, customers, contractors, engineers, and inspectors regarding construction at the customer's site. Typical working hours are 8-12 hours, Monday to Friday, with occasional overnight trips as needed in their assigned territories.

The ideal candidate should be an organized self-starter who can effectively plan their weekly work. Core skills include reading prints and schematics, understanding P&ID diagrams and materials of construction, system layout and installation, pipe fitting, electrical troubleshooting, and understanding regulators, solenoids, check valves, various types of valves (manual and automatic), pressure relief devices, rupture discs, and honest, trustworthy team play.

Training will be on-the-job, supplemented with office training on SOPs. We value team players and consider safety an integral part of our daily culture. The candidate must be able to learn quickly and think on their feet. Computer proficiency is required, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, internet searches, handheld data entry devices, and GPS device usage. The job involves safely operating a company service truck in all weather conditions.
