Job summary

Nikkiso Clean Energy & Industrial Gases is seeking a Pump Technician at our Tomball, TX service center. The role focuses on high-quality repair of cryogenic pumps, including disassembly, analysis, troubleshooting, and rebuilding to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and customer satisfaction.

You will read drawings, disassemble and reassemble components, and use shop equipment while following safety, quality, and 5S practices. Stand and lift requirements apply; extended hours may be needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2-5 years of shop experience preferred.
• Cryogenic experience is preferred.
• Machining experience and welder certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Read, interpret and work from drawings.
• Disassemble, analyze, and rebuild cryogenic pumps and motors.
• Operate bench and shop equipment safely and efficiently.
• Document clearances and reference engineering data sheets.
• Maintain quality and safety procedures and meet production schedules.
• Provide technical guidance to customers and coordinate service issues.
