Job summary

Anduril Industries, through Advanced Infrared Solutions (AIRS) in Hudson, NH, is seeking a Process Technician to operate and maintain specialized vacuum and cryogenic systems for IDCA production. You will ensure process quality, accuracy, and reliability in a cleanroom environment.

The role emphasizes high vacuum system troubleshooting, LN2 handling, and meticulous data documentation, with a focus on safety and protocol adherence.

Qualifications

• Requires Associate's degree or technical equivalent with hands-on experience.
• Expertise in operating and troubleshooting high vacuum systems, leak checkers, RGAs (Residual Gas Analyzers).
• Excellent fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination for precision work; able to use hand tools and measurement equipment.

Responsibilities

• Load dewars onto vacuum pumps and perform LN2 boil-off procedures.
• Monitor pump cycles with RGA instrumentation and troubleshoot irregularities.
• Maintain vacuum equipment, perform leak checks, and manage LN2 in cleanroom environments.
• Document IDCA processes and data with accurate travelers and data entry.
