Job summary

Matador Resources seeks an Assistant Plant Superintendent to support cryogenic plant operations, coordinating operators and contractors to maximize run-time and safety. You will help optimize processes, develop SOPs, and ensure proper safety and incident reporting.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and more than five years in cryogenic plant operations with at least some leadership experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical certification preferred.
• More than five years in cryogenic plant operations.
• More than 2 years of leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Optimize operations of cryogenic plant(s).
• Lead coordination of operators and contractors.
• Develop and update SOPs and training programs.
• Ensure safety and incident reporting procedures are followed.
• Develop staff schedules and provide on-boarding for new operators.
• Track work orders and manage spare/inventory levels.
