Job summary

Nikkiso Clean Energy & Industrial Gases in Santa Ana, CA is seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer to optimize production, drive continuous improvement, and strengthen manufacturing efficiency. You will lead cells, develop work instructions, and support CAPA while collaborating with IE, EHS, and Facilities to improve layout and material flow.

Minimum seven years in manufacturing/industrial engineering and strong MS Office skills are required; ACAD/SolidWorks experience is preferred for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/manufacturing/industrial engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum seven years of experience in manufacturing/industrial engineering.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio).
• Preferred knowledge of ACAD and SolidWorks for engineering concepts and fixtures.
• Familiarity with materials and processes for cryogenic pump products.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement, Lean manufacturing and 5S initiatives across the operation.
• Lead production cell development, team building and training on standard procedures.
• Create and maintain manufacturing work instructions and travelers; support work orders.
• Collaborate with Industrial Engineering, EHS and Facilities to improve layout and material flow.
• Develop clear manufacturing documentation and engineering procedures to support excellence.
