Job summary

Linde is seeking a Fill Zone Technician in Pittsburg, CA to operate the cryogenic fill zone at an Air Separation facility. You will load and unload cryogenic liquids, follow safety policies, and work with operations teams to troubleshoot equipment.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with an associate degree preferred, and the ability to work extended hours including weekends and holidays. Proficiency with HMI software and Microsoft Office is valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Familiarity with HMI software such as Wonderware, Rockwell, and Siemens.
• Ability to meet physical requirements including lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing, and working at heights.
• Must be able to work extended hours and weekend/holiday coverage.

Responsibilities

• Operate the cryogenic fill zone at an Air Separation facility.
• Load and unload cryogenic liquid oxygen, argon, and nitrogen trailers.
• Follow safety policies and report safety incidents.
• Troubleshoot valves, analyzers, and transmitters with operations teams.
• Maintain compliance with QA standards and governmental regulations.
• Use controls and HMI systems to support operations.
• Work extended hours as business needs require.
• Provide support for weekend, holiday, and call-in coverage.
• Maintain a reliable, safety-focused presence during critical periods.
