You will support field sales in the cardiothoracic operating room and related departments to promote the adoption of cryo nerve block procedures, including:

• Supporting surgical procedures utilizing company pain management devices
• Training surgical and OR staff on device use
• Guiding physicians during live surgeries and device operation
• Following up on patient outcomes related to Cryo Nerve Block Therapy

What You Bring

• Undergraduate degree in a technical or scientific field or equivalent experience
• Experience in B2B or outside sales is highly desired
• Experience working in an Operating Room or hospital setting preferred but not required
• Effective communication and collaboration skills across all levels
• Willingness to travel 40-60%, depending on territory
• Ability to pass account and hospital credentialing
