Job summary

CooperSurgical's California Cryobank Reproductive Tissue Recovery Laboratory seeks a Lab Technician to execute SOPs, screen, process, and preserve semen samples for clinical use. The role is onsite and involves cryogenic procedures, sample handling, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

The position requires proficiency with lab equipment, IUI/ICI preparation, quality control checks, and phlebotomy where applicable.

• Record QC checks and report deviations; assist with donor tasks.
