Job summary

IA Construction seeks a Crushing Plant Operator/Equipment Operator to run the crushing plant and material handling equipment safely and efficiently at the Franklin site.

Safety is a priority; you will complete daily inspections, participate in pre-shift huddles, perform routine maintenance, and report hazards while coordinating closely with the team for productive operation.

Working conditions

Working conditions are outdoors and vary throughout the season. Preparation for these changing conditions and the ability to adapt is required.
