Ames Construction is seeking a Crushing Foreman to supervise the daily work of the crushing crew and support the superintendent in maintaining safe, efficient operations at our outdoor heavy civil sites in the United States. You will direct tasks, monitor production, and ensure logs are accurate while upholding safety as the top priority.
Ideal candidates have 3+ years' crushing or heavy equipment experience, demonstrated leadership, and a commitment to teamwork in challenging environments.
