Crushing Superintendent
- Leads all aspects of the crushing operation, ensuring safety, production targets, equipment performance, and crew leadership.
- Oversees daily crushing activities and production schedules.
- Ensures compliance with safety standards, regulations, and company policies.
- Manages, coaches, and directs crushing crew members.
- Coordinates equipment, materials, and resources.
- Troubleshoots operational issues and optimizes production efficiency.
- Conducts daily reporting and communicates progress to management.
- 5+ years’ experience in aggregate crushing operations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Working knowledge of crushing equipment and heavy civil operations.
Crushing Foreman
- Supervises the daily work of the crushing crew and supports the superintendent in maintaining safe and efficient operations.
- Directs daily tasks of operators, mechanics, and laborers.
- Conducts safety meetings and inspections.
- Assists with equipment setup, adjustments, and troubleshooting.
- Monitors production quality and output.
- Maintains accurate logs and documentation.
- 3+ years’ crushing or heavy equipment experience.
- Ability to lead a crew and prioritize tasks.
- Strong commitment to safety.
Loader Operators
- Operate front‑end loaders to feed the crusher, manage stockpiles, and support overall material handling.
- Load material into crushers and screen plants safely and efficiently.
- Manage stockpiles and maintain clean working areas.
- Perform daily equipment inspections.
- Assist with minor equipment maintenance.
- Experience operating large loaders in construction or mining.
- Ability to work in fast‑paced production environments.
Crusher Mechanics
- Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot crushing equipment to ensure minimal downtime and safe operation.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on crushers, conveyors, screens, and related equipment.
- Perform preventative maintenance and component replacements.
- Inspect equipment daily to identify potential failures.
- Assist operators with machine adjustments.
- Mechanical experience with crushing or heavy industrial equipment.
- Knowledge of hydraulics, conveyors, and bearings.
- Ability to work in outdoor and rugged environments.
Crusher Operators
- Operate crushing and screening equipment to produce required aggregate specifications.
- Monitor equipment performance and adjust settings as needed.
- Perform routine maintenance and assist with plant setup.
- Ensure material quality meets production requirements.
- Experience in aggregate crushing preferred.
- Mechanical aptitude and strong safety awareness.
