Role Overview:

This is a seasonal position, allowing you to use your winters off to travel, hunt, fish, or pursue other activities while your benefits continue year-round. If you want hours over the winter, we may be able to accommodate.

We are seeking a Crusher Operator to join our team! This role involves safely operating machines that convey, wash, crush, and screen aggregate to produce quality sand and gravel at maximum production levels. The ideal candidate will display a professional and courteous attitude with customers and team members. The position may also require operating a loader to feed conveyors or load trucks.

Wage range: $24-$28 per hour, depending on experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

As a successful Crusher / Washplant / Screen Plant Operator, you will have:

• Ability to hold and maintain a driver’s license in accordance with all state regulations.
• Knowledge of or experience in equipment maintenance and operation.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including overtime, nights, and some Saturdays.
