What You'll Be Doing
Operate and monitor crushing equipment to ensure efficient material processing.
Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs to optimize equipment performance.
Adhere to strict safety protocols and environmental compliance regulations.
Coordinate with team members to maintain material flow and production targets.
Maintain accurate documentation of production and equipment status.
What Are We Looking For
Strong understanding of plant operations and material processing.
Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform basic maintenance.
Commitment to workplace safety and environmental guidelines.
Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Capability to adapt to changing work conditions and production demands.
Conditions of Employment
Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
Work Environment
What We Offer
$20.00 to $25.00 per hour.
