Job summary

Ledcor Group is seeking an experienced Millwright to maintain and repair crushing and processing equipment in a fast-paced surface mining setting in Nevada. You will perform troubleshooting, inspections, and hands-on repairs to keep production moving and downtime minimal.

You will read schematics, execute preventive maintenance (including vibration analysis where applicable), and collaborate with operations to ensure reliability and safety on-site.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining equipment in industrial or mining environments.
• Strong welding skills (MIG/Stick/Oxy-Acetylene) as required.
• Ability to read schematics and manuals for diagnostics.
• Ability to perform pre-trip inspections and FLHA assessments.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting on crushing and processing equipment.
• Maintain jaw/cone crushers, conveyors, belts, gearboxes, bearings, chutes, and liners.
• Complete welding and cutting tasks (MIG, Stick, OxyAcetylene).
• Conduct pre-trip inspections and FLHA to identify risks.
• Read diagrams and diagnose issues to determine repair methods.
• Execute preventative maintenance, align/test/adjust equipment, and document findings.
• Maintain maintenance records and communicate with operations teams.
