Job description

Job Title: Crusher Operator Laborer

Knife River is a leading construction materials producer and contractor, ranked among the top 10 in the country. We are currently seeking a Crusher Operator Laborer to join our team at Knife River Casper. This is a full-time position that requires travel to out-of-town sites.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee all crushing-related tasks safely and efficiently.
  • Conduct daily equipment inspections to identify safety and maintenance issues.
  • Work safely and adhere to all company policies.
  • Establish and maintain positive working relationships with team members.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Successful passing of a pre-employment drug test.
  • At least 2 years of experience or practical knowledge in crushing operations, including management experience.
  • Basic computer skills.
Physical Requirements:

Ability to perform physical activities such as standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, walking on uneven ground, lifting, carrying, pushing, shoveling, and raking. Must be able to work in all weather conditions.
