Job description

Job Title: Crusher Operator Laborer

Position Overview

We are seeking a Crusher Operator Laborer to join our team. The role involves operating equipment safely around crushing plants, assisting with plant operations, performing manual labor tasks, and supporting maintenance activities.

Responsibilities
  1. Safely operate various equipment around crushing plants to feed, stockpile, and clean up materials.
  2. Assist with crushing plant operations as needed.
  3. Perform manual tasks such as shoveling, greasing, and maintenance around the plants.
  4. Be flexible to undertake other tasks assigned by supervisors.
  5. Travel as required.
Minimum Qualifications

Qualified candidates should have experience operating a loader and possess the following:

  • Pipe laying experience
  • Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
  • Repetitive object handling skills
  • Good vision and ability to distinguish sounds such as backup alarms and voices on construction sites
  • Dependability and a commitment to safety
  • Ability to adapt to environmental conditions
  • Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
  • Team-oriented attitude and ability to collaborate with diverse groups
Work Schedule

Ability to work flexible shifts, including overtime, nights, and some Saturdays.
