Job summary

Northeast Asphalt, Inc. is seeking a Crush/Wash Plant Foreman to oversee operations at portable aggregate sites throughout Northern Wisconsin. This hands-on leadership position demands strong communication and problem-solving skills to manage production and maintain equipment.

The ideal candidate will have solid experience in mining operations and be comfortable working outdoors in changing conditions. The position offers union pay and strong benefits with opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in mining operations (foreman or lead role preferred).
• Good with communication and coordinating crews.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to join the union if you're not already a member.
• Comfortable with early mornings, outdoor work, and changing conditions.
• A strong work ethic and a knack for problem-solving.
