Job summary

Northeast Asphalt is seeking a Crush/Wash Plant Foreman to oversee operations across Northern Wisconsin. You will lead a crew, manage production schedules, and supervise crushers, screens, loaders, trucks, and mobile equipment at multiple sites.

You should have solid mining operations experience, strong leadership, and a proven ability to coordinate repairs and safety protocols. This role requires outdoor work at rotating sites and union participation as needed.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in mining operations, preferably in a foreman or lead role.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with crews.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to join the union if not already a member.

Work Environment

This is a portable operation; you will rotate between sites throughout Northern Wisconsin.
