Position Overview

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and knowledgeable Cruise Vacation Planner to join our remote team. This role involves consulting with clients, recommending cruise options, managing bookings, and supporting travelers throughout their journey. Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their cruise preferences, destinations, and travel goals
• Recommend cruise lines, ships, itineraries, and stateroom categories based on client needs
• Book and manage cruise reservations, including excursions, dining, and onboard services
• Provide pre‑ and post‑booking support, including payment schedules, documentation, and FAQs
• Monitor cruise line promotions and offers to match clients with the best value
• Collaborate with suppliers and customer support teams to resolve issues and confirm details
• Maintain accurate records of client information, bookings, and communications
