Job summary

ISMIRA Agency seeks a Guest Relations Manager to support front office operations aboard cruise ships journeying to Turkey, Egypt, and Greece. You will lead guest services, train reception staff, and ensure timely responses to guest needs with a focus on world-class service and cost awareness.

The role requires 5+ years in upscale hotel or cruise ship management, including guest relations leadership, with Russian fluency and English competency.

Qualifications

• STCW certificates and seafarer's passport are required.
• Five or more years of progressive management experience in an upscale hotel or cruise ship, including two years as Guest Relations Manager.
• Knowledge of personalized service principles, guest satisfaction tools, and quality standards.
• Ability to coach and counsel staff to improve performance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise guest relations on board, supporting the Front Office Manager.
• Ensure timely processing of guest requests to maximize satisfaction while controlling costs.
• Develop strategies to keep guest satisfaction high and train reception staff.
• Maintain internal communications, conduct regular departmental meetings, and oversee logistics with other departments.
• Provide reports to senior management and act as point of contact for passengers.
