Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in recreation operations on a cruise ship and/or shore side related management position.
• Intermediate to Advanced level English verbal and writing skills.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience with maintaining par inventories.

Responsibilities

• Oversees safety procedures for all recreation staff and areas in conjunction with shipboard management.
• Maintains standards for quality of all recreation programs and services.
• Implements processes for safety improvements and cost control across recreation operations.
