Job summary

ISMIRA Agency is hiring F&B Servers for ASTORIA GRANDE cruise ships. The role involves provisioning buffet and room service, ensuring guest satisfaction and coordinating with the F&B team across dining rooms, bars, and lounges.

This position requires Russian language fluency and related seafaring credentials. Offer includes free meals and accommodation, employer-covered travel, a 6–7 month contract, and a salary paid in euros with a bonus system and tips.

Qualifications

• Fluent Russian required; English at least intermediate depending on role.
• Five+ years in upscale hotel or cruise ship F&B, shell expects service experience.
• Knowledge of guest services standards and hospitality best practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide buffet service setup and maintain guest satisfaction on deck and lounges.
• Ensure timely and accurate room service deliveries with presentation standards.
• Monitor inventory and stock levels; coordinate with F&B supervisor for supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service venues and equipment.
• Record sales and financial data; generate end-of-shift reports and voyage-wide summaries.
